• Contact form records: 2 years from the date the request is processed.
• Customer contract documents: 10 years from the end of the contract (Turkish Commercial Code)
• Career applications: 1 year from the date of process completion (or until the next position process if approved)
• Newsletter subscription: Until cancellation request is received.
• Website log records: 2 years (Law No. 5651)

• To find out whether your personal data is being processed.
• If it has been processed, request information about it.
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used for its intended purpose.
• Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred, whether domestically or internationally.
• Requesting the correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data (Article 11/d)
• Requesting deletion or destruction under Article 7 of the KVKK (Article 11/e)
• Requesting that correction, deletion/deletion operations be notified to the transferred third parties.
• The right to object to an adverse outcome if the processing was carried out exclusively through automated systems.
• You have the right to claim compensation for damages you suffered as a result of an unlawful act.
